Frontier CityWide Setup FAQs


        Will I be able to use the Frontier CityWide service if I do not agree with the Acceptable Use Policy?

o       You must check the Acceptable Use Policy box during the day pass sign up process and adhere to the Acceptable Use Policy in order to utilize the Frontier CityWide service.


        What information will be required to obtain a Frontier CityWide day pass?

o       The following information is required to sign up for a day pass:

        First Name

        Last Name

        Phone Number

        Current e-mail address (this will be the e-mail address you login with)

        Password (you will select this)

        Security Question answer one of the following:

o       What are the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number (SSN)?

o       What is your mothers maiden name?

o       What is your tax ID? (generally used for businesses)

o       What is your security code? (you can type anything in the answer box that you will remember)

        What will my User ID be?

o       Your User ID will be the e-mail address you used while signing up for your day pass or FrontierNet customers with Frontier CityWide access will use their main FrontierNet e-mail address.


        What should I do if I forget my password?

o       If you forget your password, please call Frontier CityWide Technical Support at 1-800-469-6519, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

o       We will need to know the User ID or e-mail address that you use to connect to the Frontier CityWide service.

o       After verifying your identity using the security information that you provided us during the setup of your FrontierNet CityWide or FrontierNet High Speed Internet account, we will be able to provide and/or reset your password.


        Im a current FrontierNet customer.  Will I be able to utilize the Frontier CityWide service?

o       Current FrontierNet customers will be able to add the monthly wireless product through the Captive Portal for their main account.


        Im a current FrontierNet customer. Can I use one of my e-mail only accounts to access the Frontier CityWide service?

o       If you have additional e-mail addresses and you desire to use the Frontier CityWide service with those addresses, you will need to contact Customer Service at 1-800-921-8101 to add the wireless product to those addresses.


        Im a wireless wholesale customer. What steps do I need to take to access Frontier CityWide?

o       Wireless wholesale customers should enter their current e-mail address and password on the left-hand side of the screen. There is no need for wireless wholesale customers to use any of the links on the right-hand side of the page.
